End of Week 1

Hello, hello, hello! And welcome to the fact that I suck at keeping up with my blog. I technically should have blogged last week, but because of my brilliance I ended up pulling a muscle in my arm/shoulder/chest area leaving me OOC for a good week and change.  But since then, I have put away my Superman cape and realized that I can't start off lifting heavy.  I mean common sense states that, but when you're wearing that Superman cape, you tend to believe you can and will do just about everything.  But this past week, I've been following the Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer Program from www.BodyBuilder.com . It's a 12 week program that lists what you are to do each day, as far as exercising.  And after a week, I can honestly say that I've used muscles in ways I've never used before with this program. New Year, New Me, Same ME!

So, it's been almost a whole year since I've blogged about my weight loss journey. And since my last blog, it's had its up's and down's like any journey. I ended up being as low as 160 lbs, but life hit hard the last 3 months. And naturally I've gained some of that weight back. I wouldn't say that this is about a new me journey this time, because I know who I am, and I know exactly what I am capable of. But, I would say that I'm back on track to better myself so I can become the best version of me. This time around, I've joined an actual gym. A gym that I love! I know exactly what I need to do nutrition wise. But now that I have more tools and resources at my fingertips, I have to figure out how to utilize them. I've found some online programs that state what exercises I need to do, and I think that I will be following it. I'm not 100% sure, but its something that I'm willing to try.
